Development Sprints

I believe in continuous improvement cycles, broken into week-long sprints. Features can be prioritized in the sprint cue, but nothing interrupts the sprint once it starts. The production team remains focused on completing something for the week, and the next sprint is planned out ahead of time so there are no delays or blockers when the new sprint begins.
